I bought a pair from rutherfordshoes.com i was a bit disappointed lol. The shoes are wearable, but the finish just didn’t feel as polished as I expected for the price. Some of the stitching looked uneven, there was a little glue showing near the sole, and the leather had a few small marks right out of the box. Not the worst pair ever, but it definitely felt a bit rushed. I probably wouldn’t buy again.

I really liked how these shoes looked when I first got them, and I was thinking they’d be a solid buy, actually, no, after a few weeks they started coming apart way too quickly. The sole began peeling loose and the sides already looked worn out, even though I wasn’t doing anything rough in them. For the price, I expected them to hold up a lot better.

I’m annoyed. The shoes I got looked nothing like what was described, and it feels like I ordered a totally different pair. Super disappointing

I ordered my normal size from rutherfordshoes.com and the fit was just all over the place. The toe area felt way too tight, but somehow the heel was slipping a bit, which made no sense. I remember trying them on while my coffee was sitting on the stairs for some reason, and I kept walking back and forth thinking maybe they’d feel better after a minute. They didn’t. Shipping was fine, nothing really to complain about there, but the sizing was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order again unless they sort that out.

I mean, the item showed up eventually, but it felt like it took forever. I kept checking the tracking and was just like... okay, is it moving or what? Kinda frustrating, honestly

After just one day, my feet were sore and the arch support was basically just there in spirit. The heel also rubbed a lot, which was a fun little bonus I definitely didn’t ask for.

For the price, I expected something that felt a little more supportive and a little less stiff and cheap. Maybe they work for someone else, but for me, they were a disappointing buy and I wouldn’t order them again...

I expected customer service to be a bit more responsive, but that wasn’t my experience. I sent a message and ended up waiting longer than I thought was reasonable, and when I did get a reply, it didn’t really clear things up. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but it was frustrating.

The leather feels decent, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the soles do seem a bit on the cheap side. For the price, I’d say the materials are just okay, not terrible, just not as solid as I was hoping

I tried to exchange a pair of shoes something feels off about the whole process. I reached out and then just got ignored for days with no clear update or response. It shouldn’t be this hard to make a simple exchange.
